How to Redeem:
- Buy a Bite Science rod or combo with a specially-marked swingtag.
- You will need the swingtag with Proof of Purchase code, and a credit card to pay for postage and handling. The postage and handling fee varies by product.
- You will NOT need to provide a photo of your receipt.
- Read the Terms and Conditions below.
- Choose a redemption offer below and complete the checkout process. Use your Proof of Purchase code from the swingtag as the Discount Code to remove the product price and only pay postage and handling.
Note: The code is case sensitive. Enter it exactly as shown on the swingtag.

This offer is only available to Australian residents.
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days.
When the order is processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. Shipping and tracking should begin a day or so later.
Due to package sizes and Australia Post rates, all redemptions are shipped individually. A postage and handling fee is charged for each redemption ordered. If you have multiple redemptions to claim, you will need to order them separately. When multiple redemptions have been ordered, all parcels may not arrive the same day.

Shipping Policy
All prices displayed for the Redemption product include shipping costs. Bite Science will post your bonus items to you within 3 business days of processing your order, and all parcels are delivered by Australia Post.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number.
