Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days.
When the order is processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. Shipping and tracking should begin a day or so later.
Due to package sizes and Australia Post rates, all redemptions are shipped individually. A postage and handling fee is charged for each redemption ordered. If you have multiple redemptions to claim, you will need to order them separately. When multiple redemptions have been ordered, all parcels may not arrive the same day.
